UK Finalists Announced for EBAE Product Category
The three UK finalists for this year’s European Business Awards for the Environment (EBAE) Product Category were announced by Dan Norris MP, minister for rural affairs and the environment, today.
Three companies will represent the UK this year. They are: Camira Fabrics – for their Sting Plus environmental contract fabric, made from nettles and wool, NCR – for a two-sided thermal printing technology that halves Sainsbury’s receipt paper usage, and Connaught Engineering for their Hybrid+ - a system that reduces vehicle fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.
