The UK has once again performed exceptionally at the renowned European Business Awards for the Environment 2010, maintaining its unbroken record of 9 consecutive EBAE winners.
Companies from the UK, Belgium, Germany and Spain have won the 2010 European Business Awards for the Environment. The winners were announced by European Environment Commissioner Janez Poto?nik today at an awards eremony during the annual Green Week conference in Brussels. The awards recognise "the best of the best" businesses that have already succeeded in ompetitions at national level.

UK companies are always well represented in the finals of the European Business Awards for the Environment (EBAE). Held every two years, the Awards have seen at least one winner from the UK every single year since 1994 – that’s eight in a row.
Despite the current economic climate, entries for the 2010 European Business Awards for the Environment are exceptionally high.
